[Announce] XQilla 2.0 released under Apache License v2

The XQilla developers are very pleased to be able to announce the
release of XQilla 2.0. This release sees XQilla adopt the Apache License
v2, a more permissive open-source license. This release also implements
document projection, a technique for reducing memory usage and
increasing query speed.

XQilla is an XQuery and XPath 2.0 implementation written in C++ and
based on Xerces-C. It implements the DOM 3 XPath API, as well as having
it's own more powerful API. It conforms to the both the XQuery and XPath
2.0 W3C recommendations.
