How to create an entry form from XSD schema where I can enter sample XML docs ?

Assume I have a XSD schema.
For this XSD schema I want to generate some valid sample XML docs.
I can imagine that there is a tool which enables/facilitate this process by taking the XSD schema
and offering the user an appropriate form mask with refering entry fields.
Is there such a tool ?
