UK Parliamentary data in XML

We get occasional questions on this list about the usage of XML on the web.

Here's an interesting one I wasn't aware of before:

http://ukparse.kforge.net/parlparse/

It's basically a site that screen-scrapes a lot of UK parliament published
information (or other related public-domain sources) and delivers it to you
in XML: details of MPs and their constituencies, ministers, registers of
members' interests, declared sources of income and expenses, speeches made,
votes cast, written questions and their answers.
