TRUE and FALSE.  You _could_ do it all, but....

But again, why would anyone sane want to do all of their application 
coding in specifically XML-oriented languages?  I know there were folks 
who had similar visions around SQL and database-oriented languages at 
various points in time, and I think they got hung up on the same basic 
question:

Why?
