XML Conferences in 2009?

I am trying to plan my 2009 budget. I am allowed one "professional development" expense a year. I could use my "professional development" time and money for a conference or a class. I would like a chance to talk with smart XML people. Is there a conference where there will be smart XML people - like the people on this list?
