RE: [xml-dev] hackable xml

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the members of this list
to XML Thunder v4, a tool that allows the easy and quick development of
processing and consuming of XML in COBOL code. Many mainframe developers are
still not familiar with XML and SOAP in detail and XML Thunder enables them
to quickly implement XML processing business logic for existing application
using traditional programming techniques. Some of the applications include
SWIFT, SEPA, retail and interface with IBM Websphere. For more information
please visit www.cobol2xml.com .

presumably not, since that was the main (only) justification for the
incompatible changes to the white space parsing rules in XML 1.1,
