Slightly; if you add the appropriate attribute-namespace declarations
(which are allowed, since they too are just prefixed attributes), then
you restore XML Namespaces compatibility.

Note that one of the use cases for MicroXML is that documents with
appropriate elements and attributes are HTML5 documents -- and one of
the attributes (on elements in the SVG namespace) is xlink:href.

 Just thought it worth flagging up the cost of that step,
