Schema (or ontology) for representing a business, its leaders, andthe business's relationships to other businesses?

Hi Folks,

I'm interested in finding an XML Schema (or an ontology if available) that represents different kinds of businesses, the people that run the businesses, and establishing links between them. For example, the schema/ontology might represent this type of information:

Parent company ACME, Ltd. has 7 subsidiaries, the CEOs of
each are such and such, they all happen to be brothers/cousins,
each subsidiary has this for a product and that for a commercial
   interest, etc.

Basically I am looking to characterize the companies, people, and relationships in particular vertical industries.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

/Roger
