Is Xerces-J a complete implementation of the XML Schema 1.1Recommendation?

Hi Folks,

The Xerces-J web site [1] says it has this:

A partial experimental implementation of the
XML Schema 1.1 Structures and Datatypes
    Working Drafts (December 2009)

I thought that the latest Xerces-J was 100% compliant to the XML Schema 1.1 Recommendation (April 5, 2012)?

/Roger
