[ANN] Definitive XML Schema, 2nd edition has been released

Hello all,

Just wanted to let you know that the second edition of my book Definitive
XML Schema was released last week.

It was updated to cover all XML Schema 1.1 features.  Because I thought it
might take some time for people to transition over to 1.1, and because some
readers may just want to know what's new in 1.1, we decided to mark the
1.1-related changes with gray revision bars in the page margins. 

I have also significantly revised the book to include the lessons I've
learned about XML Schema design over the last 10 years.
