This is a relic of 1980s capacities, but it is amazing that 30 years later there are still issues in the same kind of area!
As long as the number of elementary particles in the universe is still thought to be finite, questions of capacity cannot go away for good, and as long as it's cheaper to generate garbage than to process it, spam cannot go away for good either.
