Release of XMLmind Word To XML v1.2.

Major new  features: desktop application w2x-app has now a setup 
assistant including a style mapper, new "semantic XHTML" output formats 
(multi-page, Web Help, EPUB), MS-Word math now automatically converted 
to MathML.
