An OWL ontology for topic maps

To get myself back into ontologies, I wrote an ontology for the Topic Maps Data Model.  It's available under the 2-clause BSD license (it says here) in Manchester notation at <http://vrici.lojban.org/~cowan/tmo.owl>.
