Gosh, this brought back memories!  I saw this in the Reader's Digest a
_very_ long time ago, but some details were different.  In particular,
there were two questions:
	1. Who drinks water?
	2. Who owns the zebra?

A zebra is an outlandish pet, which is basically why this puzzle stuck
in my memory. 

And sure enough, it's in Wikipedia (which, if accurate, shows further
