leaving w3c - change of address

Enough people on this list contact me that i hope you'll forgive this
message...

After almost 17 years, i’m leaving W3C. The XML work at W3C has ended
(or almost ended; there's still maybe work in EXI) and i'm leaving.

Although i don't know where i'll end up yet, you can reach me at
fromoldbooks.org as per this message (and via W3C until the end of this
month).

It was a great honour to work alongside the people in the various XML
Working Groups at W3C, for which i shall always be grateful.

I plan to write a W3C blog entry about the future of XML specs, and
maybe we should make a W3C Community Group for maintaining specs -
there's now a process for the W3C Team to publish "non-substantive" or
"minor" errata without a Working Group.

Some bad news :) i'll still be on xml-dev (from this address though).

Liam
