I'm unable to build it.
Way out of date, code, docs, python versions.
A good idea though. If it can be hacked for elisp,
I'm sure elements + attribute markup will be easy.
Settled for an xml outline, Dragon input,
then tidy up with emacs macros and xslt to finish.
