JSON-Pointer over XML representation of JSON

Hi all,

Continuing the exploration of fn:xml-to-json()/fn:json-to-xml().

When I started with XSLT 3's JSON support I implemented JSON Pointer
(RFC 6901) as a function over the XML representation of JSON.
