Upcoming Courses at Delightful Computing: XSLT 3, CSS for XMLPeople; more...
- From: "Liam R. E. Quin" <liam@fromoldbooks.org>
- To: xml-dev <xml-dev@lists.xml.org>
- Date: Mon, 31 Aug 2020 00:57:22 -0400
These courses have a live instructor (me!) but are remote, thanks to
the magic of the Internet.
They are all intended for people working with XML documents - that is,
often, with lots of documents, billions and billions of them[1], or
documents that might be thousands or hundreds of thousands of pages
long, or that use XML to express complex relationships.
What distinguishes XML documents is very often that they are
_mediated_: the original author isn't the publisher.
(1) Scheduled:
XSLT Two to Three
If you already know XSLT 2, even if you're rusty,
and you want to get a head start on XSLT 3, this
is for you.
Four afternoon (EDT) sessions starting 15th September.
(2) Available course not yet scheduled:
CSS for XML People
Covers both print and in-browser (HTML) CSS,
with a modern, unobtrusive, responsive, accessible focus.
(3) Other topics (contact me directly if you are interested)
Introduction to Web Programming

XML-based documents.
