Looking for (digital) copies of the Extreme MarkupLanguagesŪ proceedings

Hello everyone,

Can anyone help out with a (digital) copies of the Extreme Markup
LanguagesŪ proceedings?

I seems that they are only available in low quality via
web.archive.org [1], e.g. with missing graphics here and there. The
links in the computer science bibliography [2] are broken, too.

The reason I am asking is that I want to add the conference papers to
a personal archive that I maintain to preserve the markup related
publications as best as I can.

I do not plan to re-publish the papers.

Best,
  -- David
