Improvements to AMQP Claims based Security specification

Dear TC members, a few of us have recently been discussing some improvements to the AMQP Claims based Security specification, in particular, SASL integration and an optional custom SASL mechanism called “AMQPCBS” that allows seeding the connection with an initial set of tokens.
The change marked copy (relative to Working Draft 02) is attached.
