If we want to have a TC meeting, there are meeting rooms
for the Thursday on the conference site. This needs to be
decided soon as there was just one room left last time I
heard, and because people are making travel arrangements.
Can we please have a decision today or tomorrow? If there
is no TC meeting, those of us attending the event could
still meet in breaks or in the evening.
