Hi,

It appears that not enough progress has been made on issues BP-28 and BP-41 to
justify convening the TC on 10/15. Dieter could present the oft-deferred
BP-12/20 but that would make for a very short meeting.

So I'm leaning towards cancellation this week, but I don't want to do so before
I've polled the TC for additional agenda topics. Are there any other topics
that would make convening the TC worthwhile?
