Thread: Applied changes for BP-97 and BP-108, returning the pen

Hi,

I have applied the changes for issues BP-97 and BP-108. The changes 
applied were:

1. BP-97. Remove references to multiInstance in spec doc and XSD.
2. BP-108. Added the resolved text to section 4.6.
