West Coast, "Lel Bruce Peto" updating, spot CaRFG gasoline market has yet 
to hit the $1.00/gal mark, but sources tell that barrier could be broached 
during second-cycle November trading.
   Nominations for second-cycle line space begin in earnest tomorrow and 
prices are already at 96cts on the sell-side today. Yesterday, 94cts traded 
and today already sees several back-half CaRFG gasoline deals done between 
90.5 and 91.5cts. December bbl are 83 by 85cts..as of 10-31..
