Requirements Document

All,
I have created a Requirements Document in Google Docs.  You can see the document here:

Please either request permissions in the document itself or email me / slack me your Google ID and I will give you comment / suggest rights.
You will notice that I am using some traditional formatting (headings) while still writing in markdown.  This makes it easier to read and follow along in Google Docs, but it also makes it easy for us to
periodically  copy version out to Github for long-term version tracking.
Please feel free to start adding prose text in each section, examples, and additional requirements and what they mean.
