Minor corrections needed in CACAO Security Playbooks (for future)

Hi CACAO TC members and Editors,
Congratulations on publishing the TC's first Committee specification!
During publication, we noted a few issues in the text which should be fixed for future publication stages:
- Many blocks of text in Appendix A are "invisibly" hyperlinked to " https://datastore/getactivethreats ". While not easily visible as  hyperlinks in the DOCX or PDF formats, these are visible in the HTML format [1] as blue underlines. The hyperlinks should be removed.
- Also in appendix A, the sections A 1.2.1 Workflow and A 1.2.2 Actions have no text.
