Joe,
Couple of further thoughts - seeing Arno mentioned eGov for
Austria - then he should definately join the OASIS eGov TC
where he will be able to coordinate with other EU governments
on their work in this area, and with CIQ.
Second - the time we just saved him on developing schemas
he can invest in writing a CAM implementation for the
Austrian government (should only be a month of work for
a good Java programmer to complete)!
