Please review this latest version of the whitepaper by the mtg on Monday Jan 29.  The paper enunciates objectives, use cases, value proposition for enterprises and technical considerations to be developed as specs by the CESTC.  We will discuss the ratification of the whitepaper for publication and initiate a vote.
