Correction about this... "Dieter explained that newHighlight alone on a
link is not ambiguous. Lofton explained ambiguity and will add an
explanatory note in this section on this behavior. "
Actually, I think I agreed with Dieter's explanation that it was not
ambiguous, and that the descriptions elsewhere (of how links are loaded)
contained the details. Dieter further suggested that no further
explanation was needed, and I agreed.
Dieter, am I remembering correctly?
(FWIW, I don't feel strongly about adding a note or not, but if we agreed
"not", I don't want this hanging around as an undone Action Item.)
