Glitches with the FTP site.

Hello all,

I was just informed that I had messed up the ftp site.  The FTP client
that I
used decided to be "nice" and fold everything into lower case!  I looked
at the
file dates and don't think there were any conflicts but if you have
uploaded an
*.htm file between the 8th of September and the 24th please check to
make sure 
that I have not overwritten your file.

Also please insert the header in  ftp://ftp.cgmlarson.com/header.txt at
the 
top of the htm files.
