WebCGM 2.1 viewer

Larson Software Technology states that it is successfully using the WebCGM 2.1
Specification for its implementation of a WebCGM 2.1 viewer in accordance
with the WebCGM 2.1 conformance clause (Chapter 7, "Conformance.") The
implementation of features is verified by the WebCGM 2.1 Test Suite.
Because the tests in the 2.1 Test Suite come from multiple independent
sources, interoperation of multiple independent implementations is implicit
in our successful implementation of the 2.1 features.
