I had to
download the Java Virtual Machine software last Fall to work with Genesys. It
was not included in IE 6. There can be other security setting that have to be
changed.
WebEx and
PlaceWare are more forgiving.
Web
Conferencing, if produce well, can really enhance a meeting.

Hello Karl - I plan to attend the Friday 2/7 session.
However...
I cannot pass the genesys browser compatibility
test.
I am running WinXP with IE version:
6.0.200.1106.xpsp1.020828-1920
It complains that:
Java VM
Unsupported
Error - This
version of the Java VM is not supported.
Meeting
Center does not
support this version of the Java Virtual Machine (VM).
Please
visit Windows Update by following the link below to see if a Microsoft VM update
is available for your operating system
I am running with the latest updates from
MS.
