[chairs] Icons for externally linked docs

Title: Icons for externally linked docs

Icons for html (perhaps others) externally linked documents are not appearing in the document folders. You can find examples of this at http://kavi.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/uddi-spec/documents.php. Could you please add a default doc type icon?

FYI, on import the following note is displayed: 

"Note: A document type could not be found for this document. This means that the document will use the generic-document icon. An email has been sent to the group admin, requesting that he/she create a document type for this document."
