Strangely the document came through as the 
email body and your message as an attachment. This is one of two such messages I 
have received from somebody at Sun. Perhaps it is an artifact of your 
infrastructure.

 

I have no further comments. I don't feel 
strongly about the @@ items. I think this is ready to begin using now. If 
difficulties arise, we can always change it later.

 Norm graciously helped me 
  create the output; I was having a bit of 
trouble with the 
  stylesheets.  The attached HTML draft (let me know if 
you'd like to 
  see the PDF) tries to capture our list discussions.  There 
are a 
  couple of places where I either had to invent something more 
specific than 
  we'd discussed, or found that I had to adjust the desired 
rule 
  slightly.  I have embedded a specific query (marked with "@@") in 
the 
  text, but feel free to comment on any

  February with (a) your comments and (b) a statement 
of whether you think 
  you're able to start using the draft rules right 
away (perhaps slightly 
  modified in the near future) vs. whether you 
think they're not ready for 
  prime time.
