[chairs] TC secretaries

Chairs:

I've been counting on you, as TC chairs, to forward to your TC 
secretaries any of the Kavi information that will be applicable to them 
if they will be doing any of the TC setup instead of yourselves. If you 
would like to have your TC secretary subscribed to the mail list so that 
they receive future information please send me their email address so 
that I can subscribe them. (Just reply to me; this list is already 
getting too much traffic.)
