[chairs] reminder: creating subcommittees

Chairs:

Just a reminder --  when you create your subcommittees please use the 
following syntax:

- Name: <TC Name> <SC name> SC
    (for example, "eGov Services SC")
- abbreviated group name: use the name of the *current* email list,
     e.g. egov-services
- mail list name: use the name of the *current* email list
- chair: select from the list
- then keep all the defaults

I'm setting up subcommittees for chairs who have provided me with 
information, and once SCs are set up I will import the names of 
subscribers to the current SC list.
