PLEASE make every effort to keep URLs short. It's bad enough that
we have to live with strings like "oasis-open.org/committees" when
"oasis-open.org/tc" would have done just as well. Long URLs cause
all kinds of problems with line breaks. The shorter the better.
They're not supposed to be self-documenting, just unique.
