Using Kavi to manage feedback/change requests?

Chairs-
	On the training for kavi, someone mentioned using a feature of Kavi
for managing change requests and feedback for documents in a different
forum. I forget who this was. I'd really like to hear how that was done.

	On a a separate note, there has been some pushback on using this
list for discussing Kavi related issues - is there a better forum for doing
so? I still have outstanding questions about the calendar...
