The Board approved a set of changes to the TC Process

Here’s a summary:

Definitions:
Added Specification Approval Motion
Related to Designated Cross-References in section 2.18

Clarified the timing constraints related to a TC’s first meeting
30 days for teleconference
45 days for face-to-face (even if teleconferencing facilities are provided)
