The Codelist specification references an undefined xml-schema.

The specification of the Genericode codelists refers to the schema with XML-Namespace "http://docs.oasis-open.org/codelist/ns/rule/1.0/" twice. It has declared the prefix "rule" for it. However I was not able to find any formal schema for that XML-Namespace, neither in textual form, nor in XML-Schema form.
