Check out section 1 definition "dd" and the first sentence of section 3.4 of:

These are public indications that there are actual users of the
specification and that it is not being produced in a vacuum.

I've tried to find posted examples of this but cannot ... perhaps
Mary can point us to some posted examples of acceptable wording.

p.s. at the meeting I stated I was in a position to post a statement
of use but I now read that it has to be an Organizational Member and
not and Individual Member ... so we need to find more Organizational
Members to include in the process ... I also doubt we can use other
OASIS committees in the vote, as I had planned to do by citing the
UBL project.
