Public Review of Code List Representation (Genericode) v1.0

The location of the XSD files were going to be in an xsd/
subdirectory ... thus for the next public review the file should
probably be located at:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/codelist/cd2-genericode-1.0/xsd/CodeList.xsd

That would give us the two directories:  doc/ and xsd/

Do we need any others?  If there are only these files should we
collapse the subdirectories and put all files in the release base directory?

p.s. please remember the comment list is not for back-and-forth
discussion ... the committee is obliged to address all of the
comments to the comment list.
