I discovered that some of the rules in the schema were not marked up
in the documentation, so I've added an integrity-checking process to
the build script. Now the rules in the documentation are checked to
be identical to the rules in the schema.
I've also updated the acknowledgements with the latest member list.
Still work to do, but this is what I've accomplished if you would
like to review it before Friday's meeting.
