Examples of Security Advisories in JSON Format

Hello,

As discussed and suggested by Eric in today's meeting. I have converted a couple of security advisories that were originally created in CVRF 1.2 format (XML) into JSON.

The files are located at the GitHub Sandbox at:
https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/tree/master/sandbox/csaf_2.0/advisory_examples_in_JSON

Example 1: Cisco Security Advisory

* Original CVRF 1.2 format (XML) advisory: CVE-2018-0171.xml
* Converted JSON advisory: CVE-2018-0171.json

Example 2: RedHat Security Advisory

* Original CVRF 1.2 format (XML) advisory: cvrf-rhba-2018-0489.xml
* Converted JSON advisory: cvrf-rhba-2018-0489.json

We may need to tweak a few things in the JSON format; however, this will serve as a start to our work.
