just in case it did not already happen  I think that the Chair can now
request that TC Administration hold a Special Majority Vote 
to approve Common Security Advisory Framework Version 2.0, 
Committee Specification 01 contained in 
https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/releases/download/cs-01-20211027-rc2/cs-01-20211027-rc2.zip  
as a Committee Specification.
