Updates to TAXII 2.1 Spec

All,
Based on comments and feedback from the TC, the editors have accepted and closed the following github issues:
Issue 1: In section 4.3.1  The ID field in the status resource has the wrong data type

Issue 10: In section 5.5  The example for the get_objects endpoint is wrong

For some of the other minor textual issues, we will try and get suggested text in the document soon for you to review and comment on.
