We are terribly sorry you've had problems with DITA XML.org. We're working
to fix it now.
Can you help us clarify what actually occurred? There seem to be comments
from you at
http://dita.xml.org/forum/requirements-thread-xref
Was there a delay in posting those or did you create others that were
rejected or did you get a message after posting those that indicated they
were rejected?
