Typo in DITA 1.2 spec

Hello,

On Page 1147 of the DITA 1.2 specification, there is text that reads:
"Processors may delete empty the element that with the conaction="mark" attribute."

There are a couple issues w/ the sentence.  The first is that the words "empty" and "the" should be swapped, and the word "with" should be replaced with the word "has".
