Re: [dita-comment] PUBLIC identifiers not included in catalog for DITA 1.3 Errata 01

Here's my analysis of the five public IDs listed. Note -- many of these show up in XSDs, DTDs, and RNGs, but the public IDs are only relevant for DTDs. They are present in RNGs solely due to the single-sourcing of our grammar (and are copied to XSD with other comments).

All of these were discussed today at the TC meeting; I've taken the actions listed below to address the issues.

1. -//OASIS//ENTITIES DITA Delivery Target Domain//EN
---> This is a mistake in the header comment (this public ID is not used anywhere). Our catalogs / DTDs use the following, which should be considered correct:
-//OASIS//ENTITIES DITA Delivery Target Attribute Domain//EN

We should fix the header comment to use the Public ID that actually appears in our catalogs and doctype shells.

-//OASIS//DTD DITA 1.2  BookMap//EN
---> This is a typo in the header comment, it should use the version 1.3 identifier (it also has an extra space before BookMap). We should fix the typo.

-//OASIS//DTD DITA 1.2 DITAVAL//EN
---> This is a typo in the header comment, it should use the version 1.3 identifier. We should fix the typo.

-//OASIS//ELEMENTS DITA Machinery Taskbody Constraint//EN
---> I believe this is already addressed (on errata list) - it's on Eliot's list of action items.

-//OASIS//ELEMENTS DITA Map Subject Classification Domain//EN
---> I believe this is already addressed (on errata list) - it's on Eliot's list of action items.

-//OASIS//DTD DITA 1.2 Glossary//EN
---> This is a typo in the header comment, it should use the version 1.3 identifier. We should fix the typo.

I've checked in fixes for the 1.2 typos and the delivery target header comment; the machinery constraint and classification domain will be handled by Eliot.
