Online HDITA to XDITA converter for SC pattern testing
Sometimes you just need a quick way to visualize the
quick-breaking discussions we are having about HDITA syntax. This
tool has a rather basic interface but does all we need as far as
being able to paste in or author some quick HDITA and then see an
      XDITA result.

This converter implements <section-example> and normalizing
of plain <li> content into XDITA conventions--the two
discussion items in my previous note. I could be convinced to add
an editor for the XSLT file so that team members can add missing
transforms (I only implemented what test cases had in them, sue
me) or new match patterns per SC discussion.

The Github examples from Carlos all have a title preceding the
<article>. This title replicates what is inside the article,
and is not well-formed since it lacks a document root wrapper. So
just copy <article>-scope content only into the paste box.
